With a big time love of coffee, Fraser (founder of Vice Roast), decided to turn a dream into reality by starting a coffee roastery.
Today, Vice Roast is proud to roast specialty grade coffee from our roastery in the heart of Scotland. We take our time choosing beans and deciding on the best roast profiles. We ALWAYS roast to order, quality check and pack in our hand stamped bags.
And the name? It’s simple – drinking (too much) amazing coffee is our Vice.
We believe that everyone should be drinking great coffee so we’ll continue to roast the specialty grade stuff (scoring 80 or more by the SCA – Specialty Coffee Association).
We know that coffee can be a confusing subject to navigate – from bean processing to the different ways to roast, not to mention all the ways to brew it! We’ll make it as simple as possible for you guys to choose a coffee, and hopefully not cause you any confusion.
